All images and videos produced by Great Lakes Realty Imaging remain the intellectual property of Great Lakes Realty Imaging unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Licensing for use is granted exclusively to the client for marketing purposes related to the listed property. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or modification of any media is strictly prohibited.

2. Property Representation
The images and videos provided are intended for marketing and promotional purposes only. While we strive to present properties as accurately as possible, colors, dimensions, and property conditions may vary due to lighting, lens distortion, and post-processing adjustments.

3. Limitation of Liability
Great Lakes Realty Imaging is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations resulting from the use of our media. Clients should independently verify all property details, as we do not guarantee the accuracy of visual representations.

4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances will be accommodated at the earliest availability, based on our scheduling capacity.

5. Client Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the client and/or listing agent to ensure the property is staged, cleaned, and ready for photography prior to the scheduled session. Any additional editing required due to property conditions may result in additional fees.

6. Privacy & Permission
By scheduling a photography session with Great Lakes Realty Imaging, the client confirms they have obtained permission from the property owner and all relevant parties for photography and media distribution. Great Lakes Realty Imaging is not liable for any claims arising from unauthorized photography requests.

7. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time for media delivery is 1 (One) business days. Expedited services may be available upon request for an additional fee.
